• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with contracts and requirements
• Communicate complex information and collaborate with related teams to achieve objectives
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members while performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience in escrow services for residential and commercial transactions
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Understanding of real estate contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements
• Proven ability to evaluate and select solutions based on existing precedents
• Availability to work remotely from 10am-7pm CST or PST
