Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional digital marketing strategists
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads platform running campaigns
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
