Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage processes for selecting, monitoring, and auditing third-party service providers
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
• Manage relationships with vendors and facilitate improvement actions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with mortgage lending, vendor recruiting, and appraisals
• Proficient in Microsoft software products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
