Key Responsibilities
- Handle account and platform level tickets, providing general troubleshooting support
- Respond to high volume player inquiries while maintaining productivity and quality metrics
- Tag Zendesk tickets accurately for reporting and assist in cross-training for other support areas
Required Qualifications
- Customer support experience in a technology, e-commerce, or gaming company
- Previous experience in email or online customer support for software
- Familiarity with online ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
- Strong writing skills that are customer-friendly and grammatically correct
- Video gaming experience is preferred
