A company is looking for a Video Game Customer Support Specialist fluent in Japanese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle account and platform level tickets, providing general troubleshooting support
  • Respond to high volume player inquiries while maintaining productivity and quality metrics
  • Tag Zendesk tickets accurately for reporting and assist in cross-training for other support areas
Required Qualifications
  • Customer support experience in a technology, e-commerce, or gaming company
  • Previous experience in email or online customer support for software
  • Familiarity with online ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
  • Strong writing skills that are customer-friendly and grammatically correct
  • Video gaming experience is preferred
