Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate information from client invoices to Excel for submission to automotive manufacturers
- Develop an understanding of reports used to calculate submission opportunities for clients
- Ensure processes are followed efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to learn new software applications and work with various computer programs
- Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
