Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine forecasting models to guide workforce planning and budget allocation
- Partner with leadership to align staffing models with business goals and conduct ad-hoc analyses
- Guide junior team members and promote best practices in workforce planning analytics
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting
- Advanced SQL for complex data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, and R
- Proven results-driven project leader with a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
