Key Responsibilities

  • Source high-quality candidates in product design, mechanical engineering, and electronics across international markets.
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal candidate databases.
  • Write and publish compelling, role-specific job adverts tailored to international audiences.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess technical ability, cross-cultural alignment, and availability.
  • Coordinate interviews and logistics across multiple time zones for international clients and candidates.
  • Keep the CRM system (JobAdder preferred) current with all candidate activity and progress.
  • Work alongside the Director and Delivery Lead to prioritise international hiring needs.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent updates and professional communication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (agency or in-house), with international exposure.
  • Proven experience recruiting for design or engineering positions (product development focus preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and global job boards.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and effective in a remote work setting.
  • Must have access to a reliable laptop, fast internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
