Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical sectors
• Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars while maintaining high appointment show rates
• Track performance in CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
• Experience with CRM systems and meeting daily quotas
• Ability to adapt sales scripts in real-time
• Must have a quiet home office setup with dual monitors and high-speed internet
