Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to assist clients affected by disasters through a Customer Service Support role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for disaster-affected clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing system
  • Provide accurate information regarding recovery assistance programs, eligibility requirements, and application processes
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and resolutions in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in emergency response, public service, or nonprofit sectors
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and support platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage emotionally sensitive situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
