Research Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Vice Provost, Research Compliance & Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for human and animal research
• Oversee the Research Conflict of Interest program and export compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with federal regulations
• Develop, review, and implement research compliance policies and provide education and outreach to faculty and staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 10 years of experience in research administration, with 7 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of compliance principles and regulatory requirements in academic research
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse faculty and staff
• Experience in developing and managing university-wide research compliance training programs
