Job Summary

A company is looking for an RFP Analyst and Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to produce high-quality sales documents per customer requirements
• Curate and manage the RFP content library, ensuring it is accurate and searchable
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine reusable content and track content performance

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree required; or 3 years and a Master's degree
• 3+ years of experience in RFP/proposal writing, content strategy, or sales enablement
• Experience with RFP automation tools (e.g., RFPIO/Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian)
• Proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-integrated RFP workflows
