RFP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RFP Specialist who will manage end-to-end RFx responses to secure private enterprise and public sector deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the RFx lifecycle including intake, drafting, reviews, and submission
• Translate technical requirements into clear, solution-oriented narratives that align with customer outcomes
• Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and optimize content for readability and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in proposal/RFx response, proposal writing, or sales enablement for B2B software/services
• Proven track record of contributing to wins in both private enterprise and public sector deals
• Strong technical fluency and ability to simplify complex topics in written form
• Experience with RFx platforms and productivity suites
• Project management skills including stakeholder management and risk mitigation
