A company is looking for an AWR Sales Customer Engagement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve Pre-Race, Race, and Post-Race Customer Engagement processes
- Assess and recommend tools for managing customer engagement data
- Define success metrics for the Customer Engagement Workstream and track impact on sales metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Enterprise Sales or Sales Program Management experience
- Experience in stakeholder management with executive and customer stakeholders
- Proven ability in strategy and program management
- Experience in optimizing processes and implementing new tools or technologies
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role is preferred
