Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy for the Mid-Market/Enterprise market
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Executives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of building and scaling a new sales team
- Expertise in defining sales processes and methodologies that drive results
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team-level revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive strategic decisions
