Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role at a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a new sales team
  • Expertise in defining sales processes and methodologies that drive results
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding team-level revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive strategic decisions
