Sales Engineering Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance for deployed Ciena platforms within large GCN backbone networks
• Manage technical feature requests and existing product defects, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
• Assist with customer training sessions and present engineering updates to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Two years of experience in Sales Engineering or related occupation
• Experience with DWDM technologies in large-scale optical transport networks
• Familiarity with programmable and legacy network interfaces
• Experience in project and release management, including managing product features and software releases
