Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Renewal Specialists (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of renewal specialists to achieve assigned territory renewal goals
- Manage a book of business and coordinate end-to-end renewal execution for assigned accounts
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle and coordinate with the sales team
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales, preferably in the K-12 education sector
- 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong CRM skills, especially with Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet or exceed renewal and retention targets
