Sales Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive - Cradle to Grave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source leads, contact customers, and facilitate sales of freight services
• Communicate shipment instructions and ensure timely delivery of freight
• Handle customer complaints and maintain a positive work atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or G.E.D. required; additional schooling preferred
• 2+ years of experience in transportation brokerage/logistics, with dispatch experience
• 1-2 years of freight/logistics sales or customer service experience
• Experience with transportation dispatch software and Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
