Job Summary
A company is looking for an Area Manager to manage and grow market share with dealerships in their territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign, maintain, and grow relationships with Independent and Franchise dealerships
- Make an average of 70+ calls daily to prospective or existing dealers and sign 3 to 5 new dealerships monthly
- Train dealers on using technology tools and collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealership issues
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in a challenging sales role preferred, especially in auto finance or dealership settings
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- High energy and engaging personality, with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
