A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner for go-to-market planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness
- Drive funnel analytics and reporting to provide visibility into performance across the lead-to-revenue process
- Oversee revenue planning, including budget cycles and sales capacity planning, while optimizing sales processes and defining actionable KPIs
Qualifications and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and model complex problems
- Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership, comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Deep expertise in sales process design, funnel analytics, and revenue forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, along with executive-level communication skills
