Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue planning, including budget cycles and sales capacity planning, while optimizing sales processes and defining actionable KPIs
Qualifications and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and model complex problems
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership, comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines
  • Deep expertise in sales process design, funnel analytics, and revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, along with executive-level communication skills
