Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development for its Fintech Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business development strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Source and negotiate partnerships with fintech companies and technology vendors
• Build and manage a high-performing business development team while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, or related field is required
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• 12-15 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record in developing partnerships and driving B2B sales in a fintech context
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred
