A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for Retirement Plan Services in the Northeast Territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for defined contribution plans in the Large Market segment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects, advisors, and consultants
- Manage the sales process and pipeline for assigned opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and resilience
- Client service focus with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
- Experience in client-facing service or intermediary sales
- Knowledge of qualified and non-qualified plan marketplaces
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
