Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Enablement Manager to establish foundational strategies for Go-To-Market teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver enablement programs for various sales roles, ensuring consistency and repeatability
  • Own new-hire onboarding and design data-driven programs to reduce ramp time
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales enablement or a closely related role
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows and infrastructure products
  • Proven track record in building and scaling enablement programs for distributed GTM teams
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
