Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Associate Professional - Experienced Jr. Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the mortgage application process and assist borrowers in finding suitable mortgage options
• Manage the loan pipeline from origination through closing and provide regular updates to realtors
• Conduct outreach to local professionals for referral opportunities and handle customer complaints professionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a mortgage-licensed role providing support to Loan Officers
• Possession of or ability to obtain appropriate state-specific mortgage banking license
• Employment subject to credit and background checks with a good credit history
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
