Required Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience (6+) in sales leadership with success in coaching high-performing teams
- Solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles and people management
- Established experience (4+) in talent management and developing onboarding programs
- Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders
- Robust experience in value selling methodologies and sales process understanding
