Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles and people management
  • Established experience (4+) in talent management and developing onboarding programs
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders
  • Robust experience in value selling methodologies and sales process understanding
