Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Merchant Services who will manage a high-performing sales team focused on driving sales strategies in the regional/business banking channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a successful merchant/receivables sales team through recruitment, coaching, and training
- Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) process and drive product primacy with regional bank customers
- Forge partnerships with internal and external channel partners to enhance sales and support client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of successful sales management experience in a financial institution, particularly in the payments industry
- Strong understanding of SMB and Business Banking client needs and payment processing solutions
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
