Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Sales Leadership to optimize Enterprise Sales processes for retention and expansion
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve sales outcomes through process redesign and analytics
- Develop operational metrics to identify inefficiencies in the Renewals workflow and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and Renewals Strategy, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive improvements in Renewals workflows through project management
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA is optional
- Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
