Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy and territory planning
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer journey and maximize lifetime value
- Lead and mentor a team of sales operations managers and analysts while establishing KPIs and performance benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS operations, preferably with consumption-based pricing model experience
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present insights to C-suite
