Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or related advanced degrees are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Bidding in the Mass Transit rail industry
- Experience in business operations, negotiation, and contracting in a B2B context
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide team members
- Proficiency in Office Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
