Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing coaching and performance feedback
- Conduct direct outreach to employees to model best practices and build relationships
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to outreach strategies and team performance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in outreach, inside sales, or employee engagement; 1+ year in a team lead or player/coach role
- Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Proven success in driving enrollment or similar conversion metrics
- Experience in healthcare tech or benefits with direct end user engagement
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate creative problem-solving
