NMLS Licensed Inside Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Loan Officer to convert inbound leads into loans by promoting mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into loans and provide accurate information to borrowers
• Participate in all steps of mortgage loan origination, including counseling borrowers and taking applications
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment
• Experience in collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating terms
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
• NMLS License and state license under the SAFE Act are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
