A company is looking for a Senior Director Employee Benefits Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement complex action plans and oversee functional changes
- Improve sales organization effectiveness by assessing operational weaknesses and developing integrated solutions
- Manage sales metrics reporting, operating budgets, and the design and execution of EB Sales events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, service, or related field, with at least 8 years in management
- Experience in business process control
