A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support sales operations and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales forecasting and prepare for Executive Management Team Business Reviews
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, territory, and quota assignments for sales teams
- Administer CRM systems and reconcile sales performance for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in software technology
- Financial background in accounting, finance, or a related field
- General knowledge of GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition rules
- Experience with ERP & CRM systems (SAP, Hyperion & SFDC)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
