A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned service issues and manage fulfillment of pre-enrollment kits and marketing supplies
- Track compliance elements such as license expirations and training requirements, and communicate certification status to the field
- Maintain producer files for compliance and resolve service inquiries while providing timely feedback to producers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or an office-related area
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
