Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Director to help improve early literacy through collaboration with schools and districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
• Generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
• Understand local literacy priorities and represent the company at regional events

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with storytelling, strategy, and data-driven decision making
• Natural drive to sell and ability to engage with potential clients
