- Lead and develop a team of 14+ inside sales representatives through coaching and performance reviews

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in inside sales, call center, or home services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM, Power BI, and phone systems
