Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
• 5+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment
• 5 years' experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps
• Salesforce Administration Certificate is required
