Job Summary

A company is looking for an SBA Sales Support Specialist who is willing to work PST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis and daily support operations while addressing client inquiries
  • Prepares documentation such as proposals and service agreements for clients
  • Sources and analyzes financial data to determine market trends and assist in product pricing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SBA SOPs, program eligibility, credit criteria, and loan structure requirements
  • Understanding of financial accounting theory and logic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and relevant banking software
  • Experience with loan documentation and direct customer/client interaction
