A company is looking for an SBA Sales Support Specialist who is willing to work PST.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis and daily support operations while addressing client inquiries
- Prepares documentation such as proposals and service agreements for clients
- Sources and analyzes financial data to determine market trends and assist in product pricing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SBA SOPs, program eligibility, credit criteria, and loan structure requirements
- Understanding of financial accounting theory and logic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and relevant banking software
- Experience with loan documentation and direct customer/client interaction
