A company is looking for an Assistant Manager SBA/CRE Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a hybrid team of SBA/CRE Servicing Specialists while optimizing performance and workflow automation
- Manage the full lifecycle of SBA/CRE loan servicing, ensuring compliance and timely documentation
- Oversee compliance with federal regulations and utilize data-driven insights for reporting and risk management
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing or collections, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of SBA/CRE servicing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytical and reporting software
- Understanding of relevant regulations (FDCPA, RESPA, CPB, etc.)
