Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager SBA/CRE Servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a hybrid team of SBA/CRE Servicing Specialists while optimizing performance and workflow automation
  • Manage the full lifecycle of SBA/CRE loan servicing, ensuring compliance and timely documentation
  • Oversee compliance with federal regulations and utilize data-driven insights for reporting and risk management
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing or collections, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of SBA/CRE servicing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytical and reporting software
  • Understanding of relevant regulations (FDCPA, RESPA, CPB, etc.)
