RCM Implementation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Supervisor - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the RCM Implementation team, providing coaching and training
• Assess billing workflows and revenue cycle processes for optimal implementation quality
• Gather requirements for custom billing rules and maintain RCM templates and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RCM systems or 4 years in healthcare revenue cycle management
• At least 2 years in a people manager role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and claims processing
• Experience with behavioral health billing requirements
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
