Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal AEP Licensed Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs
- Present offers, address objections, and verify member information while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School education or GED required; must be 18 or older
- Active and current Health or Health & Life/Accident home state license required
- Minimum one year of telemarketing, customer service, or office experience using phone/computer
- Experience with Internet, Windows applications (Word, Excel), and email services (Outlook)
- Ability to obtain AHIP certification and articulate complex Medicare programs clearly
