Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luxury customer service across various communication channels while meeting client expectations
- Guide clients in selecting products, manage order follow-ups, and support repair services
- Assist in resolving client challenges related to partner boutiques and support the boutique network during peak times
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contact centers, customer service, or retail
- Preferred college or technical degree
- Experience in eCommerce or luxury retail sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication management tools
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays
