Key Responsibilities

• Lead bid strategy creation for complex, high-value opportunities by integrating win themes and competitive differentiators
• Engage with proposal managers and senior stakeholders to ensure proposals align with customer priorities and company strategy
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify differentiators and recommend enhancements in the bid strategy process

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in bid strategy, proposal management, or strategic planning
• Deep analytical ability to interpret market trends and develop customer-focused bid strategies
• Advanced proficiency in bid management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in evaluating and implementing strategic improvements in bid processes
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred
