Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support their client in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project requirement sessions and facilitate communication between Operations and IT
• Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and provide project level analysis
• Manage customer relationships and expectations while coordinating project deliverables and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to gain/maintain a Certificate of Public Trust
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint Online
• Knowledge of functional feature requirements writing and process flow development
