Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technology solutions, focusing on User Acceptance Testing and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT scope, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Monitor UAT results to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on User Acceptance Testing
• Proven experience in leading UAT efforts, including test planning and defect management
• Proficiency in test management and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, JIRA, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of OMNI platforms and related peripherals
