Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-outbound, quota-driven BDR success
- Experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience with AI-driven tools and sales automation platforms
- Strong coaching mindset and ability to inspire a high-performance culture
