A company is looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through various outreach methods
- Run the prospect through the end-to-end sales cycle and negotiate property management agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury short-term vacation rental sales
- Real estate license is required
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
