A company is looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist external marketers and wholesalers across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Brokerage & Agency Network partners with inquiries on products, sales processes, and pre-sale needs
- Manage high call volumes by processing and communicating outcomes for inquiries, quoting, and new business applications
- Collaborate with home office partners to ensure prompt and accurate problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- Prior insurance industry experience; Health and Life License required
- Proficient in computer systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect
- Skilled in case design support and running product illustrations
- Able to work flexible shifts and maintain regular attendance
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
