Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Employer Sales (West).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling digital health solutions to large national employers and employer benefits consultants
- Lead end-to-end commercial sales opportunities from sourcing to closing deals
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with market partners such as health plans and PBMs
Required Qualifications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the digital health or employer benefits space
- Established relationships with key decision makers in employer benefits or healthcare consulting
- Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystems and decision-making processes
- Ability to establish and refine launch strategies for employer adoption
- Strong leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit
