Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to provide operational expertise and leadership to global clinical trial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple clinical studies through all phases of clinical study management
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, SOPs, GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations
• Mentor and train junior CTMs and assigned CRAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; health sciences preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a CRA and 2+ years as a CTM in a CRO or Pharmaceutical setting
• Experience supporting global studies in Phases 1-4
• Thorough knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory environments
• Proficient in clinical systems and Microsoft Office applications
