Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Collections Manager who will lead and supervise the collections team while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the collections team, directing client account management and compliance
- Analyze A/R aging reports and oversee complex accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify A/R trends and prepare monthly and year-end collection projections
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing collections and leading a team within a law firm
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant collections, accounting, or financial experience
- 2+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or management/exempt role
- Prior law firm experience and proficiency with Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise accounting systems preferred
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
